It's very fake, the skin isn't real, you can see that when he cuts it. It's just plastic. And the guys' emo, not because he cuts, it's in the fashion scene of emo, because of the way he acts and looks.

I would say his arm is in some kind of suite so the coin really gows in between his real not-cut arm and the suite and there also fake blood in between these two. And there are actually two coins signed that way, the lady is just an assistant.

look, people. I cut myself, and no matter wher you cut on your arm, you cut that deep (you dont die) but you bleed more. Ive cut myself deeper, and shallower, and it has always been more blood. thats fucking fake
