Yes. I assemble one part on Saturday and the other on Sunday. But it still was around 50 minutes total.

Bowflex wont tell you, but the actual workout and results achieved are not from using Bowflex, but rather building the unit!!!!

Or even better he should get on a healthy eating plan first and drop the beers and pies (multi-pies).Actual training is the easy bit, giving up the easy life is the hard part.BTW I have Bowflex free weights (so where does that leave you ?.Simply cos I get sick of changing and dont have the space for a full rack of dumbells.
