Five Irish delegates from the March citizens' consultation in Dublin took part in a pan-European citizens' summit in Brussels on 10th and 11th May 2009. They helped to agree final recommendations on the economic and social future of Europe which they then debated with top EU policy-makers, including the President of the European Commission and the President of the European parliament.
