Say what you will, but Daryle has a voice that just touches you deep down in your soul when you here the depth of his amazing voice. Just wish there were more traditional country singers today, don't know what the hell has happened to country music, but thank goodness for artists like this. In my opinion this man is already a walking legend, i enjoy all classic country and this mans voice reminds me so much of Keith Whitley its astonishing.

i agree, now they don't know what music is what anymore. the only thing that these new ppl are putting out that is suppose to be country; yeah sounds good but it aint nothin but rock&roll. i went to school with daryle and sang with him in the school quartet and choir. he does deserve more. i'll be up there someday

@Tracie096 Sorry, don't get your point. My comment was meant to show that 'old style' country doesn't get played much. I remember Waylon/Willie etc saying that they couldn't get air time for new releases because they weren't considered 'cool' anymore. So your cousin may listen, as I do., or play at concerts the old stuff, but it won't get played on the radio.

@rafhenlow :srry to bust ur bubble..but my brother and cousin are in a Tx Country band, But they both still play their George Jones, Merle haggard, John Conlee, Gene Watson, and whole bunch of others in their personal trucks. "Old Country music will always be COOL" !
