I have done some reenacting before but never with as many people as this. Reenactiong is really cool and I think more people should try it, its fun. Especially when you get to shoot the muskets.
@95thFoot The British accent from the 1700's was actually what we now call a "Virginian" accent. The modern British accent we know came about during the industrial revolution of the mid 1800's.
I was amazed at the detailed realism! Right down to the British troops chaotic moments during their regrouping procedures after the battle and getting scolded by their commanders. Was that last scene something that really happened and found to be documented in field journals? Or do reenactors add some dramatic touches. I'm curious. Very fine reenactment! I loved it!
Im a Civil War reenactor and thinking about becoming a American revolution reenactor. How much would it cost for everything and who knows any websites where i could buy the stuff from

Do you have any problems getting the American re-enactors to play the parts of the British?

Are there any really BIG reenactment events for the revolutionary war? Perhaps annually or something.
