this is a very charming video. I had a couple of questions, at what point did you add the potatoes to the roast beef? And did you baste the roast been every 20 minutes or is it ok to leave as it? BTW, your grandson is very cute!
Thanks!

@Rangerett - Hello Marcine! Yes you absolutely must try Yorkshire pudding!
-
This is the meal I most enjoy cooking! The rib of beef is the best cut of beef to roast, it's absolutely delicious. As for Yorkshire pudding, no roast beef must ever be served without it!

What a beautiful spread. Nice music too.

You make it look so easy and I love the music, very cool video! This is one of my first YouTube recipes and I believe one of the most tasty meals there is. Please check my videos out and I would love your comments. Merry Christmas and have a great New Year!

Poor woman! It looks like she made the whole meal all by herself. The only help she got was from a toddler!

My goodness, what a feast!
I bet Joe Cocker would be happy to dine on that :D

Oooh Wow!! That was awesome and the way you timed it to the music in the background.. You must really love your Family cooking like that.. :-).. I also use Bisto for gravey..
-
Yum, I could eat that whole tray of yorkshires with that gravy.
-
What a fantatic video this is! I love cooking this meal, my favourite! Rib roast, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, turnip, parsnips, broccoli, real gravy with the meat juices! Can't better it! Followed by Eve Pudding and custard!

Hello Joice! Thanks for informing me this lovely video! Great dinner with your lovely family! I could cook like you...later. Your videos make me happy and smile, so, I re-watch yours sometimes. Oh, could you tell me the name of one vegetable? The huge one, light brown outlook with white inside uncooked, then it turns golden yellow when cooked. You mushed it. I haven't seen this vegetable in my country Japan. Is it a kind of potatoes or sweet potatoes? Thanks. You cook elegantly!

@SAYURIKANAI Glad you enjoy my videos...I appreciate your comments.
The vegetable is rutabaga (swede or yellow turnip). It's vegetable water gives a wonderful flavor to the gravy.

Yorkshire pudding is a traditional English dish served with gravy.....similar to a popover....a thinner batter, which makes it more delicate.
