I like messing around with various types of pulls while I'm warming up for heavier deadlifting. This was my last warm-up before switching to sumo style. I've been practicing hack lifts for a month and never saw anyone else really doing them, so I thought this was a sort of cool video.

Barbell hack are great, for legs, hips and back. i usually fail in the grip first so i will use straps. Then I follow up with high pin pulls and hold the grip as long as I can.
