What is DJ smoking?
Does he grasp the situation? There are not enough doctors to staff the few hospitals that are open. Too many doctors are fleeing the state since Katrina. They got a taste of how life can be and decided not to come back. We have had a large brain power drain in all the most needed professions. This in turn drains more skilled and tech people out as good doctors are scarce in the GNO area.
