You probably think Germans are oppressed too, they go to jail just for saying "heil Hitler". Anyway, there IS freedom of expression in South Korea, only in reasonable limits (unlike in your country where people can wave the Nazi flag with impunity if the want and the KKK still holds public rallies.) There are protests every day against Lee Myung Bak and this is considered perfectly normal, there are dozens of newspapers that freely criticize the government.
