Great videos but I cringe at the notation @ 8:10: -1^1000 = 1 because that is incorrect. It should be (-1)^1000=1 because -1^1000 = -1!!! That's a big difference!!

could another explanation for anything to the 0th power be this.
x^n/x^y= x^n-y, therefore x^n/x^n be 1 because any number divided by itself is one right?

Watch his videos, watch all of these videos. And even if you don't understand a specific video just keep watchting it anyways because you will get it. This man will make you smart and is a great source of knowledge. I my self just have been watching every single one of his videos over and over and over... I mean it's great! I fucking love you Sal!
