  • great car

  • @Funboymark

You misunderstand, maybe I wasn't very clear. AFTER you change gear you should be at 5200 rpm (i.e. change at about 6,700rpm or there abouts). Peak power is at 6,500rpm, but rapidly drops thereafter.

  • @kingears84 haters

  • ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

  • Quite impressed, ride the torque not the limiter, happy days.

  • extra revs make a big difference!

  • @mazza22, Yeah its up to normal running temp. I've never seen it move from half way in my Clio.

  • yer it is warm the engine temp is on the right andi ts in the middle so its at optimum temperature.

  • it isnt just me that can see the engine is no where near being warm? recipe for disaster

  • wouldn't touch a 182 trust me i own one lol

  • a megane 2.0vvt 16valve lol

  • Ah right yep, agreed.

  • @allyracer Are you an idiot. Change gear at 5200???? On a 182? Yeah, you do that, and ill laugh as you geat by Citroen Saxo VTRs. For one thing even if peak power is 6800, you shouldnt change at this point as youll be to low in the power band.

  • You are getting your gear changes wrong. VVT disengages at 6,800rpm and power drops like a stone. Change before then for optimal acceleration. Ideally when you change you should be at 5,200rpm. You are spending a lot of the rev range outside of peak power.

The green gear stick light is not a gear change indicator, it's an over-rev warning.

  • ta raison, en plus pr le prix quel coute sa vaut pas le coup

  • that was about 135mph

  • Je crois qu'elle n'est plus d'origine, vu les tours qu'elle prend... boitier gr N ?

  • it is considering the price and the amount of power, u give a production car under 200bhp thats quicker than that and cheaper than that?

  • no exactly fast is it....

  • realy very fast

  • yes ;)

    btw - @geors:

is this one chipped? / the rev limmiter comes late ^^

  • 182 cv ?

  • ouais boffff

  • ca marche vraiment fort en tout cas !!!

  • ohh ok...

  • kph not mph lol
