Remedy is plausible deniability, also known as the noose you hang them with. They can't get away from putting this in their documents, otherwise it would be illegal if their game was ever found out.

Belief System. Just because others have tried and failed doesn't mean that you'll fail. Each case is completely different with a totally different set of circumstances involved. My personal freedom and the end of suffering for my fellow man is worth whatever price I have to pay because I love you so much. Keep studying. I used to be just like you back a few years ago. And yes you read that right. I waived the court costs. I also fired the attorney that was appointed for my son in our case. FUN!

...the charge down to a $5 Ordinance Violation plus court costs which I waived and ultimately got the whole thing dismissed. I have a civil judgement resulting from one where I didn't even go to court that now shows on THE NAME'S credit report as a Paid Civil Judgement. The reason Elvick and those guys got into trouble is because they were issuing their own bills of exchange. There are many other way ways to benefit from this technology but you have to be open minded enough to risk your BS.

@InfiniteTurtles I have several personally but that's the one point the naysayers seem to overlook. What worked for me yesterday may not work for you tomorrow. The usurpers simply change the rules when someone finds and exploits their loopholes. I had many successes along the way. One I can share is that I was charged with 'obstructing and resisting' in 2007 which carried a $10,000 fine and 9 months is State prison but I was able to handle it administratively and the D.A. offered to reduce...

It's bizarre to just suppose someone has a certain religion.As for "chicken shit", I prefer to call it having the sense to investigate claims and theories from both sides. . Not just "presume".
