I've known the Hollies since the 60's but first heard the cover version of Carousel. Searching for this song I come up with the Hollies original version but still preferred this cover.

This song was not posted until now. I've been searching Youtube for it since 2005. First heard it in 1982

I surely respect the Hollies, but I honestly think they were outdone here. Must have heard this song a million times in 1982 spring/summer. Best of is available on i-tunes.

I remember playing this song on my college radio show back at the Naval Academy in 1987 - thought I'd never hear it again! I always like this version...YouTube delivers again!

Yes, the more you listen to this version, the more you realize it is better than The Hollies' original. This one has more variety.
