op. 3 no. 1 'winter'

So here's my first proper piece. It'll probably receive a bit more editing at some point, since some parts need refining. Working with a digital piano sucks and the dynamic compression isn't right, but it doesn't sound too bad.

The theme of the piece is winter - loneliness, being with oneself, peacefulness at times, and discord at other times. The LH might be a kind of metaphorical representation of snowfall, kind of like the repeated notes in Chopin's prelude 15 'raindrop'.

I almost unsubscribed to you because I thought all you did was upload classical work that was made by somebody else, eg famous composers. Then I realized you were a lot more kickass than that.

This song is just beautiful. The whole songs makes you feel like you are in a state of sadness, but at the end you find happines, and everything calms down, to a state of peace.
