Conservator not needed, not a ward of Clev. Ohio court!

Fast and furious, before she asked for my help - not believing she had a huge problem, the court appointed atty wrote Evelyn a letter and said the hearing of 8/25 did not go in her favor. The atty didn't spell it out then, however Evelyn had been made a ward of the court. What she did say in this letter was that she could become her conservator.

How on earth is someone who is supposed to be working to defend, also 'collect' at the other end? (if the first fails?) If that is not a conflict of interests, whew. Plus after WE got the case files, and seen this court appointed atty didn't object to anything in there, and she sure should have, we came to believe all she was there for was to 'USHER" Evelyn through the system. BYE BYE usher.

Plan appeared to be: Put the sharp, mentally
alert 93 yr old woman in an old age home against her (strong) will, evict her caregiver of 15 yrs, sell the home and all her belongs, put the CD and bank accounts in another's name, all to extract fees for this assault. Making one warm-hearted, dignified Christian elderly classy lady cry herself to sleep every night, for the rest of her golden years. All the while, others taking huge fees of her hard earned money, for their own profit!!! All w/o her consent, but she would no longer have a say, or her own liberty.

Well I sincerely hope they did NOT succeed in getting all this nice ladies monies away from her. I suggest she make an iron clad will and give it to whatever person or charity she wants it to go to immediately. Then maybe they will leave her alone. What a money grabbing scheme they got going there!

I have a letter and card going out to her today. This is heartbreaking. I have a 88 year old mother in law and I dare any of these socialist to put one hand on her. It WILl get very ugly very quick!! This MUST stop and we MUST help free Evelyn.

Someone needs to help Evlyn file an affidavit of truth declaring her sovereignty,then she will answer to no one ,not the court,not the state no one! I will be happy to send a fill -in -the -blank style Affidavit if someone will help her fill it out and file it at her county clerk of courts office,serve one on the judge,one on the prosecutor as well as a common law default proceeding,writ of Praecipe& mandamus and she will be good to go! I will send those as well. Someone let me know!

Evelyn thought she had provided for her retirement years with a will, DPOA, living will, etc. Now that APS grabbed her & found her "incompetent" the Court is appointing a GUARDIAN who will have complete control over all assets, bank acc'ts, her house, etc...will or no will. Her power of attorney has been stripped of her power to help Evelyn by the very court that is supposed to PROTECT Evelyn. Evelyn's been isolated in a hospital (when not ill) & now a n. home. SHE WANTS TO GO HOME!

Elinor married into the family (not related) will not leave my Great Aunt Evelyn alone. Her only objective is to take her home from my Great Aunt. At 93 years old, my aunt who has already been certified as having a stable mind by her doctor deserves her privacy and freedom of choice - with contentment in her final years without over-reaching government beaucrats taking her freedom from her.

Please pray for my Dear Aunt who is being Abused by "Adult Protective Services" beaucrats.
