So if you saw my other video, i had just ordered a Biostar motherboard. Well, it was making my computer freeze for some reason. I got a refund and ordered this motherboard. So far no freezing at all.

-Intel Pentium E5200 @2.5GHz
-4GB OCZ SLI DDR2 800MHz RAM
-8800GTS 512MB (soon to be 2 4850's....hopefully)
-200GB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM HDD
-LiteOn DVD burner
-Ultra Grid case
-Ultra 800W psu

  • when u install the new mothergboard do you have to go into the motherboard menu and change what it starts up from again cause i rly dont no because i built my pc and i had to that but if i update the motherboard do i have to do it again

  • @PreOrderv Like change whether it boots from CD or Hard Drive? You might have to, you might not, but if you do, it only takes a few seconds to change it back. Another thing is that you may have to reinstall the OS. If you already have the motherboard, I'd say back up all your info, and then switch out the motherboard and see what happens. Hope this helps

  • i have GIGABYTE and it freezes on startup :(

  • @gustav471 It could be defective, or another part of the computer may be defective. The thing with buying your own parts and building a computer that way is that there is no guarantee that everything will work. If you know for a fact that it is the motherboard, then you should just send it back in for a replacement or return it and get a different product.

  • Hi, does all motherboard fit in any case? I have an Xion case

  • If the case is a mid tower or larger, the motherboard will fit. Easy way to check is to count the number of expansion slots on the back of the case. If there are 7 or more, you'll be good to go!

  • am trading a 5500 nvida for a faster amd processor a time faster that a sempron 3200+

  • @uphill248 no good example is hp cases

  • check ram or but new one

  • Ya the tape they gave only works once...and so when i had to move it...they didnt work any more. So to solve this i actually used electrical tape....which isn't the best thing to use, but it kept it on there. My suggestion would be to get some double sided 3M tape. If you have heard of TjHarlow, he used that alot and it worked great.
