  • Thanks, I took some notes on this, and I have to do an essay about that book. But I was looking what was the Arthur was like. Thanks Alot!

  • I had a friend, Virginia Tremble who was my surrogate mother. I would get lost in my talks with her down at the church. Every time I listen to Dr Angelou it is like I am talking with Virginia. She became suddenly ill with cancer and passed quickly. My pastor went to see her and he said she looked so poorly. He asked her how she felt and she simply said " Pastor, it is well with my soul". She passed soon afterward. I miss her much.

  • wouldnt wanna get splashed wit her monkey drippins,do she bite?

  • Donkey Kong got loose

  • she looks asome at her age and all she needs is a kane wow i read her book in it she talks about her life and the pergnancy of her son Guy at 16 and the many lessons she had been tought when you read it she makes you feel like it was just to day it was a very powerfull bookto read the strongest book i have ever read!!!!

  • This book is good but at the same time it contradicts her earlier book "Caged Bird" It left me confused and sort of felt lied to. In IKWTCBS she tells of her son's imaculate coneption (metaphorically speaking) and how she wanted to see what sex was... She said she found a random boy she knew while walking down the street if he wanted to have sex and he was shocked and his mouth dropped open, etc... But in this book she says he called her and asked and she said yes after months of him asking her.

  • A truely beautiful soul and guru

  • Wisdom - Grace - and Love- Ms. Maya
