  • At the time of this video I weighed no more than 170 pounds :-) It's the yank that gets the bike moving backwards, tugging the rear seat bar and pushing the center stand down firmly it the "work", there is little to no pull on the handle bar grip. You use that to help keep your balance and guide the bike back.

  • When I created this video my weight was about 175 pounds.
