I think this is a pretty good brief overview of Alzheimer's drugs but I feel compelled to point out a couple of things:
1: Bapineuzumab did not show improvement but it did show effects in people with a genetic disposition to Alzheimer's disease that is quite common (APoE-4) and is undergoing further testing to see if it may be effective in these people
2: While drugs addressing amyloid are the most common pathway being examined there are other approaches, some of which are also looking good

@xmenrus Drink on empty stomach and oxygenated water flows into the blood stream quikly. I call it natures vacuum cleaner. Thoroughly cleans the blood of all known pathogens. See Dr. Robert Beck, youtube.

@bvongrabe Very good! Back in the USA my secretary was an irish girl with 'fire engine red hair (everywhere I looked.) Also a professional relationship. I am drinking ozonated sterilized water, 4 oz a day. It oxygenates the body and destroys viruses because H2O2 is positive and it attacks cells like cancer, aids, etc. to get the extra electron to rebalance its charge. Aids, cancer, etc. cells explode. Beautifull. I found an ozonator on Ebay for $30.00. Drink on an empty
FORBES: British neuroscientist John Hardy says there are two key questions to ask about the failed Eli Lilly study:
1) Did the drug hit the target but still not work? If this is the case it is worrying for the whole class of drugs.
2) Did they have imaging data showing amyloid cleared?
If the amyloid is cleared in the patients who are getting the drug and the disease is getting worse, it would be a bad sign for future drugs still in testing.

YouTube's newest strategy: Replace Tags with the name of the author. Don't they get it that tags increase distribution?

I was in Heidelburg in 1961-1963: Patrick Henry Village, European HQ, US Army. Lovley city: Cold beer and hot women. Couldn't get any better.
