Awww goood. I loved your video so much i just bought a second hand mpd18. But the pads are so hard I have to drop an anvil on them to get a sound. Is that normal? i seriously can't play it for more than a minute before feeling that my hands are going to disintegrate...
Can I do something about it? was i just ripped off? Would you normally just use it for samples (I really also want it for the drums)? Are you busting your fingers doing what your doing? So many queshtionsss...
Thank yoU!

Well the first sample that I triggered was looped in battery, I looped it so then I could do the little drum break in the middle.

Srry, u are using battery, aren't you? Hou u get the "fast arpeggio" when u hold the pad pressed?(at 1:04)

well in battery you just siet it to loop when you hold the pad down and you set the start and stop ponts close together
