Jed and Roxy were moved from the field on their own to be in a bigger paddock with seven other horses, and they're settling in really well. I think they've made a few friends and found their place in the herd. =] We just went for a gentle ride in a paddock nearby their own today, just to show them around.

  • Um. Could you specify that please? There are hundreds of them. Ha, gum trees or something.

  • Why did they have those white things over their eyes? Could they see through them?

  • Oh, those white things are fly vales, and they're used to keep flies away from their eyes. :) Oh, well, I suppose it would make it harder to see but horses don't have very good vision as it is anyway.
