There is no such thing as a better style, it's all in skill and execution anyway. I don't know much about the separate martial arts or rules, to be honest, only that someone who uses any style could likely kick my ass twice before I hit the ground. XD

My martial art, couch potato-jutsu, beats all others. ;)
Sad that others try to say that they're better than said person, when a sport, or hell, ANY physical workout, is about improvement of the body.
While I was never into the martial arts, at one point in my life, I use to jog a lot with my dad, as well as do exercises, and lift weights. I haven't done that stuff in a long, LONG while, hence my mastery in the couch potato-jutsu.
