No. I'm not German. I'm from South Africa. First language is Afrikaans. Must be why I sound a drop German. :)
Ditto on Taiwanese people. And the cities are more organized. The countryside is worse. :)

God i love Taiwanese people but i just wish they were a bit more careful sometime, or they had a few more cops to remember them how to drive.
Btw, it definitely tells that the narrator on the video is German!

Sorry for commenting a bit harshly, it just make me go bunker to see so many people disrespecting so many safety rules. The worst to me is the cars driving in the scooter lane.
Talking of safety, a guy lost his hand last night at a factory in Gueiren (which is a township after Rende) where i sometime work. He put his hand inside a machine while it was running to get something back, he didnt think of turning it off...

This is tainan indeed. Part of the scenes are shot on the road to Anping (the harbour), and around National Cheng Kung University.
Not everybody crashes red light, and that doesn't mean you got to behave like a Taike (local redneck).
