The cops were called by a woman who reported this dog had growled and acted aggressive toward her little 6-year old girl walking to the bus stop. Another woman reported the dog had chased her husband. The people in this neighborhood knew the dog and reported him being vicious. Now what would you do if it was your little 6-year old girl being threatened by this dog? Wait till she's attacked to act? The duty of the police is to protect the public. The cop obviously was pissed at what he had to do.
