Your Balloon Man, Mr. Fudge, teaches how to make your very own multi-colored balloons (agates) by utilizing a very simple, but difficult technique. The Blend is a difficult technique because you are actually ripping parts of the balloons away from themselves as you are melting them back together.

Tip: Do NOT use the whole balloon. It makes it too difficult and you end up with large lumps in your final product.
