Fantastic pickups as always matey - Killzone 2 looks a fantastic game from the gameplays I've seen... very good for multiplayer :D

graphics are excellent, also you can have bots on multiplayer maps, great for figuring out the maps etc.

The HDLoader software I talked about is also available on the PS2Slim it's HDLoader USB edition. it allows you to connect a USB harddrive or thumbdrive to the PS2Slim and load / install games on the harddrive and all play it on an unmodded PS2Slim. Great stuff if you don't want to swap out your discs all the time and save the wear and tear on the optical drive.

It's slower than the PS2Phat HDLoader though. But still worth getting I think.

The PS2 network adapter is a nice peace of kit if you can obtain HDLoader - an original disc that will play on un-modded PS2s you'll be able to install a compatible parallel harddrive (ata-100/133 maxtors usually work fine). The HD loader boots like a normal PS2 disc and gives you the opportunity to install original game discs on the harddrive to play. Excellent stuff, not all games work but a lot do.

I have this setup on my unmodded PS2 I can make a vid on it and show how it works.

That passport cart works with the original PSX with a parallel port (not all PSX have that) . It allows you to play backups on a non modded PSX.

You need to insert a small coil between the PSX lid and the switch in the back to keep it depressed and make the PSX thing the lid remains closed.

Basically this is the first disc-swap trick thing.

It fires up it's own bios when you run it and the games can be cheated too.

Killzone is a wonderful game I still need to get for the PS3. If a video showing it running is possible with you commenting on it that would be awsome.

Those xbox games are good. Nice deal you got on those.

EA should have sent me Fifa 10 to review but for some reason it didn't show up. I sent them an email asking why and they told me I should expect a copy through soon so I'll probably write a review soon-ish.

Little Big Planet is an excellent game. I thought I wouldn't like it but it's perfectt for picking up and playing for half an hour.

Love the Timesplitters games. I now have both on the PS2.

Great bunch of stuff mate.  Loved all those little extras at the end.

then you can flash the PS2 and play commercial roms from the hard drive

Np, im just starting to my ps1 collection back together and im trying to just buy games I enjoy as before i traded everything in as I had a lot of shit games so just gonna get what i wanna play from now on :)

i didnt think killzone 2 was that hot i thought it was pretty generic

fifa 10 isnt my thing i didnt think it was that much different to 09 but hey you like it

lol im used to top graphics on the pc no braggin mate its just how it is so when people say aw PS3 im just like meh not that different to xbox 360
