Damn it, when i was in highschool i used to be able to emulate almost every pitch I saw besides the sinker, i can't even throw this anymore! lol I have to get my fingers used to that grip again, it can be difficult to hold if you aren't accustomed to it. Liking these tutorial videos though. Can you do one on a slider? I'm curious to see the grip you use.

@24312s Well it takes time to develope a pitch. Umm.... try holding it on different seams on different sides and dont flick your wrist let it just roll out youll get it. I love this pitch.

I have a question. When you throw this, are you supposed to roll the ball off of the fingers or let it go naturally like a knuckle ball?
