An incomplete hokey tale about a criminal prosecutor, a crooked lawyer, and a federal court inspector who become locked in a dance of death when the prosecutor's morals and ethics thwart his role in an under the table scheme to play a case out in the defendants favor, and therefore causing things to go array for many parties expecting a huge payoff from an international crime boss. Derrick Hall shines in this quirky action comedy which features the hilarious production mistakes experienced by a director making his first film. Film also features the longest stand off in cinematic history.
