The month of June 2009 marks the fourth annual 33-day Peace in the Water vigil, and the launch of a incredible global sound event the ONE SONG PROJECT (www.onesongproject.com) with one aim - the get the whole world singing the same song together (just as whales have been doing for millions of years!).
SUNRISE, June 21, 2009 in the Eastern most point of Australia, a circle of rhythm-keepers will gather and begin a NEW SONG. A song of peace and creation, sung into the waters and across our living Planet. This song will travel through time zones and different song circles around the globe over a 24-hour period, growing and evolving (as whale song has done for 50 million years!), culminating the following dawn as people all around the world stop what they are doing to come together and in one great harmony...
