very impressive. I've seen multiple fights in with somebody who is being held from behind, as in a chokehold and passing or tapping out, when a simple elbow to the opponents ribs (or if you had the flexability or endurance, the face) could have helped them get out of it. If you ask me the elbow is unfortuneately under-rated and should be taken more seriously

the elbow is a very versatile tool. you can block and strike at the same time and it has many angles.

As far as I know MUAI is not taught near Birmingham. The only place I know outside of Thailand, where one can learn MUAI and the other arts in the very traditional way of PAHUYUTH is Berlin, Germany.
