On August 25, 2010 at exactly 11:00AM in Mesa, AZ, I was taking some pictures of a red/orange color insect that was on a flowery bush. While taking pictures of the insect, I happen to just glace upwards into the sky and noticed a large bird (possibly a vulture) flying slowly in a tight and circular path which it was also gliding slightly across the wind but in a generally leeward direction. Because I already have lots of pictures of these birds flying, I was about to go back to taking some more pictures of the insect when I quickly spotted (what seemed to just come instantly into my view and flying near the large bird) a brilliantly illuminating white and small object. The object seemed at least 2 to 3 times much smaller than the large bird when compared in size. The object appeared to be traveling across the wind yet in a generally leeward direction of the prevailing wind but probably 2 times slower in speed than the gliding, large bird. The object was also traveling almost at the same elevation of the large bird which the altitude was estimated to be between a 100 to 150 feet. The distant of the object from my location is estimated to possibly be about 300 feet or less. There was a strong and nearly steady but gusting wind blowing towards the western direction, and the sky was partly cloudy in the north area of the sky while it was mostly clear in the south area of the sky. The temperature was around 100 degrees; however, it didn't feel hot to me.
When I began taking pictures of the object, I noticed with my unaided left eye 3 or 4 small black color objects, possibly falcons or vultures type birds, gliding quickly downwards towards the object until they were within 50 feet or less of the object when they completely turned away except for 1 large bird. The large bird continued to travel in the same direction as the object for a small additional distant of 50 feet which it then resumed its circular flying pattern.
In the beginning when I was taking pictures of the gliding object, it appeared to be moving about within itself for 3 to 5 seconds as if it was tossing and turning. And it was also tumbling forward like flipping in the direction of its horizontal heading that never deviated in altitude or in direction. As the object continued to traverse, it seemed for a brief moment to slow down, hover momentary, then began traveling again but at a slower pace. As it continued to travel away from me at an right angle of about 45 degrees while looking west, its lighting randomly began changing in intensity as if it was fading in-and-out. In some moments, the lighting appeared to flash brilliantly, then quickly dim down to almost being barely noticeable, then spontaneously flash randomly again as if something similar to having a mirrored or shinny surface was being reflected off the object. As the object continued on its path in an area that was overcast with clouds, I decided that it was pointless to continue taking pictures of the object since those pictures could possibly be obscured pictures caused by the cloud formation. Approximate total time of the event was about 3 minutes.
The object is definitely not a bird nor plane. The chances of the object being a balloon is very doubtful yet there is a very slight and insubstantial possibility; however, its shape did change from being a flat shape one moment to being completely a round shape another moment. The chances of the object being plastic, however, may be a possible scenario; yet, that surely is questionable since the object traversed a distant of at least a mile or more from my observation without changing or without varying in heading or in altitude, and the object slightly traversed across the leeward direction. Therefore, the object is more than likely or reasonable to be an UFO type rather than a plastic or balloon object quickly traveling in the generally leeward direction.

I am in Mesa and see all kinds of UFO's...daily. Unidentified Flying Objects.....and that's exactly what they are ...."unidentified'. Good photos, Explorer SG1. Do you think it could be military aircraft? What are your thoughts? (I just posted a video of something from this evening 10.10.10)

@Excellence337 Thank you for your comments. No, this is absolutely not a military aircraft or any flying aircraft. In my video "Morph-ing UFO September 18, 2010", it was extremely close which I was able to clearly observe it with just my eyes its unique traveling movements. It is definitely an UAP [Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon]. The question: is it ET in origination or earth-based unknown entity life form?

its from chemtrails. i posted comment on your other video. weird shit. i hope this doesn't increase a lot. it was really weird watching this come down from the dark night sky. the night was calm and there were no trees or structures it could have come from.

@ivanhole Chemtrails are nothing more than a water vapor trail created by steamed H20 vented via by-product of combustion exhaust. The web stuff you been seeing is likely silk created by spiders and some insects. The spider or insect produce these long silk strands to use it like a parachute to relocate to a different areas in the land. The fibers are made of protein which some spiders reabsorb it back into their body by eating the web after a day of insect hunting.

i know what a contrail is. i'm not debating you on anything. i am just here to tell you i saw upclose and personal something that looked exactly like what you photographed in this slideshow of yours. i picked it up and held it for a good 5 seconds before is stuck and dissolved to my hands - like cotton candy. it wasn't spider webs. i am more than familiar than i'd like to be with spider webs. this had a more fibery brittle feeling. i worked parttime once pest control. i

@ivanhole After this web stuff dissolved in your hands, did you notice anything different on your hands, or did you smell anything foul. Usually when something melts, there is a liquid left behind. This sounds like it just evaporated like a gas which is why I ask if you smelled anything afterwards. Did you actually watch it dissolve in your hands? If so, did you see any mist coming from it?
