Peter, are you going to be Ron Paul's economic advisor if he wins 2012 presidency?

I appreciate your concern for this scam.

NIA's college conspiracy commercial was taken down.
-
BVSN may be a team pump and dump with more than just NIA behind it.

Thanks for this video, Peter. I am a long-time fan of yours (ever since I saw those "Peter was Right" videos go viral on Youtube). I have also been an NIA subscriber for some time, but recently unsubscribed, because I grew weary of all the stock pitching. I joined because of the "Meltup" video and the others that followed. I am glad that you posted what you did about them. I now feel vindicated. BTW, I wish Ron Paul could win, but I know he can't, so I have to choose a distant second runner.

This video is misleading just because the NIA promotes stocks, doesn't mean they don't have sound financial advice. They even say in the email "NIA is not an investment advisor"

@SchiffReport Would that require a series 7 or other license? What do you know about AXA's rep?
Also there is I believe a typo above "DO NOT held make that happen." maybe shoud be DO NOT *help* make.... yadda yadda

Now, everyone who reads this must post a comment on the video pages of NIA informing everyone about this scam. NIA is deleting and or blocking anyone who attempts to leave such a comment and NIA also takes substantial efforts to make sure these types of comments don't become the most "thumbed up".

thank you for exposing this fraud.
Sure, each one of their pumps rises in the beginning, then tanks. Some make money if they buy early and get out before the bottom drops out. However most people end up losing money. Check out the chart on OPTT to see an example of a prior NIA pump and dump. NIA members lost a bundle on that one, though there are a few who made money. But that profit merely comes at the expenses of other NIA members who lost.

Hello Mr. Schiff. Do you offer internships/jobs at your northeast locations? I don't want to be forced to take a job with Metlife and encouraged to sell life insurance to my family.

Wait, I thought government regulation, e.g. the SEC, was bad. Hmm....double standard anyone? :-)

@dbrandow Again, I believe in limited government, not anarchy. I also believe in the rule of law, and that governments are institute to protect private property. Fraud is theft, its illegal, and it up to government to enforce the laws. Would prefer the justice department to the SEC, but given how thinks now work in Washington, the SEC is the most likely to get involved.

Peter, I've been listening to you for several years and I'm a big fan but I gotta tell you that those LIFELOCK commercials are BY FAR the worst thing I've ever heard you do. If you must do them at least separate the commercial from the show. I can't stand it when a host rolls seamlessly into a commercial. It makes it seem like the part leading up to the commercial was fake just to accommodate the ad.

@cr113 Unfortunately that is how Talk Radio works. All the popular hosts do it, and if I want my show to expand beyond my current audience I have to play by their rules.
