Yes, it's long, but just read it, it greatly helps with the tutorial.
Directions:
1. Make a piece of raised land high enough to be made into a waterfall.
2. Make a hole in the top of the raised land.
3. Make a hole at the edge of the peice of raised land that is as wide as the hole at the top.
4. Fill each hole with water.
5.Click the waterfall tool.
6. Click on each body of water, and it should form a waterfall, if not keep trying to modify the bodies of water and the land to try to make it work.
If it doesn't work, it is probably because you don't have RCT3 Soaked or a higher version.

@HauntedLighthouses Oh I know, I totally agree. I honestly didn't make this video with intentions of it being a "tutorial." I found it in my files and uploaded it because I was so excited to actually have a video no YouTube. Hahaha. I would make a more detailed tutorial with different ways to make them and in mountains and stuff, but it wouldn't get as many views as this one /:
