36 Year Old Virgin With Life Long Severe Social Anxiety Seeks Therapy!

Facial expressions are everything. I have noticed in many of my videos, I look angry or irritated. I rush my words and just appear uncomfortable. I have lived a life of social anxiety. My anxiety has cost me many great opportunities in life and has led me to live a very isolated and lonely life. If i can over come my anxiety and learn to control my facial expressions, it would be a good start.

I need to practice how to speak and by making these videos I hope to do that.

@PeytonMadison1993 I remember starting speaking at almost five years after not having said almost a word since being abandoned from my aunt at age 3 or 3 and half years of age. I think proper parenting and not having unplanned pregnancies can prevent selective mustism.

ok so maybe you do have social anxiety, but also maybe your just better and smarter than alot of people and are way over the heads of most. taking into context that the general population of people are fairly simple minded and followers. it takes a real man to express himself honestly and i commend you for your bravery and honesty....whether you know it or not you are helping alot of people out with their anxieties as well....from my heart, i wish you happiness and a way into eternal bliss
