Stained Hardwood Floors

A quick glance at the terrible stains on a hardwood floor that has been covered with carpeting for over twenty years. I am getting estimates for refinishing and the latest person has given me a choice of color. Which one looks best?

I favour the sandalwood or whatever it is, although you got a point there 'bout the darker matching the stained area....

u got 2 remove the pissed on boards . period end of story

or go with 2 coats of ebony stain ( will be black in color )

@DJNewStyle Today, I took a hand held sander to the floor and I did 2 areas as a test. I will rent a floor sander just to give it a shot. Cats piss is the freaking worse.
