Great video, but people are handcuffed behind their back with palms facing out.

@raptorrochester - Good observation. This is not necessarily true however the world over. In my experience it is actually easier to get a good "slip" when hand cuffed palms out. The technique works either way. I have been handcuffed improperly on numerous occasions, by professionals. I should also mention that there are numerous methods of cuffing (some improper and some that may be considered illegal) that would make this method impossible. Thanks for the comment.
