This is getting old, the BIG insurance company continues to refuse to help pay for life extending, Y-90 treatment in Switzerland for my wife. They say it is due to not being approved by the FDA however, for the type of Neuroendcrine Cancer that she has, the FDA has NEVER approved a single form of treatment in the USA.

Y-90 DOTA-TOC has been proven to be safe and has the potential to be at least 2x more successful than any non-surgical treatment options in the USA ( none of which are FDA approved ) for this exact Cancer. According to the hospital in Basel, they have successfully treated more than 1,500 individuals from throughout the world with this treatment since 1995.

Watch the video explaination and respond with your thoughts and if I am wrong in my thinking, please tell me that too. Without this treatment, my wife will most likely die much sooner than she has to.

  • After 5 appeals, I did get a victory and they have agreed to repay our expense for this and pay for her next treatment. Keep fighting and you CAN win.

  • This is par for the course for FDA. I too have Carcinoid and have been fighting it since 1997. In the course of my fight I've gone Bankrupt and have lost every thing I worked my whole life for. It's hard to start over at 63. I've been given miss information from SS for years. I was told I could get a supplemental plan because I didn't get it when I started but I had insurance. Then my company went Bankrupt. Now I have the Medicare Advantage they said I couldn't get. GO FIGURE
