This Senetor is stating facts, that youre just ignoring, and occasionaly clinging in to key words your mind picks up, ignoring his linking words, lost on his vocal intonations. Basically youre 9th grade material at most. Free to really "Understand" whats being said. But years later your realized, you didn't "UNDERSTAND" what was being said. Something along these lines. I believe i don't have to take a mature stance in response to your post. So Here it is spoon fed, like little babies get it.

I would like to see conservatives actually practice what they preach in terms of small government and individual liberty, rather then expanding the size of government to force everyone to live by your moralities.

How can you control spending when the Pentagon eats up close to a trillion dollars a year? How can you be a conservative but want a strong national government? How can you be a conservative and favor preemptive war? How can you be a conservative and vote for the removal of Habeas Corpus? How can you be a conservative and want the National government to control the abortion issue?

get rid of the child left behind act, pleassse. That is one socialistic idea in that it limits the focus on the kids who want to learn. Man, many of the posters on here are so against this guy just because he is republican. These assumptions are from the same old left wing complainers for 20 years. This guy is right when he believes that the family is the structure of America. I just have no idea how he is going to improve the family.
