Not familiar?
This is 24 shi taijiquan, the most popular taolu, but it's done with Wudang-style movements, because the performer is a Wudang disciple.

Tai Chi is a system for the body. The body is not to comply to external judgements but merely read the vinyasas handed down by the masters, as if they were poetry. It is only necessary to love poetry. Feel your Tai Chi.
The highest expression of life comes from the smallest deepest part and Tai Chi is a water gate into this bounteous void. The void contains more than just Tai Chi!

This might be a form that many are not familiar with. But, his structure is very good:back straight, hips move well, Gua (opening of hips)very good. Knees, tailbone, really all quite good alignment. No one looking at this could say he his not rooting--with his structure he should be. This looks a bit like the Wudan Yang forms. Its just different than what the commentators here know so they judge it as poor. I have to wonder if they could match his alignment and Gua, and the strength of his legs!

@Shantou1 I dont care about this Tai Chi performance, i pracitse another style for myself. This performance in the video doesnt look very good, but that doesnt take away any respect from Mantak Chia. Mantak is a great Healer and his teachings help tenthousands worlwide, including me.
