Hey man, I happen to have a 2003 Cobra as well, if you're looking at getting exhaust, the cat backs which fit the 99-04 Cobra's are different than the other Mustangs from the aforementioned years. This is because the Cobra's have IRS (Independent Rear Suspension) and the others Solid Rear Axles. Just food for though, it won't look the same at all out the back, unless you have a 03/04 Cobra.

if they are the same engine which im assuming not, i think his has a 4.6 and yours probably a 5 liter anyways just use the same muffler.

hey WICKED sounding cobra. i just had a question that you may be able to answer. if i got a cobra exhasut would that layout fit directly on a 99 mustang. because i love the look of that piping and i want to convert mine to it.
