wow Mike.. glad if i can inspire or motivate you in anyway. i got into it all for health reasons but i'm now very passionate about the lifestyle. it's proven to be the best medicine to manage my health issues & restore lost quality of life (i was simply terrified to get very sick again so i changed my life to try to avoid it!). i never expected ever compete. exercise & diet definitely have a substantial positive influence on your health & well being physically, mentally & emotionally. :)
