that happend to me too... but i had a one year extended warranty at sams club, so i got a new one that weekend. and if you have to wait for your 360 box to come then wrap a few towls around your xbox and plug it in and leave it fr 15 20 minutes, let it sit, and itll work again. search the towl trick on youtube
