A few perople were asking me what I thought of my new G-Tablet 10.1 compared to the iPad, and the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Personally, I think that if you are in the market for a tablet, and don't necessarily NEED to have the top of the line tab, then this is definitely what you are looking for. Priced at around $250-275, you can't find anything that offers as much for what you are paying.

- Nvidia Tegra II Dual-Core 1GHZ Processor
- 512 RAM
- 16gb Onboard Storage
Full-Size USB port
- Micro USB Port
- MicroSD Slot (Supports up to 32GB MicroSD Cards)
- Stereo Speakers
- Headphone Jack
- Up to 10 hours of Battery Life

  • Are you still happy with this G tab? I'm looking to buy one and I have a few questions, did you ever figure out how to make netflix work? How does it act if you teether it to a cell phone for service? I cant even get my netflix to to play on my New Evo 4g. I'm also curious how it would act if you wirelessly slung your satellite Dish networks to it. I wonder if it would remain choppy. Thanks for making the video.

  • @8633T1 I am still VERY happy with this tablet. There have been a few easy workarounds to get Netflix working, and I have seen a couple of ROMs out there that offer Netflix support. As far as tethering goes, it works great with my Captivate. I just turn the wireless hotspot on, and my G-Tablet picks it up and connects right away. If you are considering one, I would highly recommend it!

  • Great video man. I'm now wishing I had flashed a Gingerbread ROM instead of the Froyo that I have lol. I'm so pleased with this tablet though. Be sure to install Thumb Keyboard from the app market and you'll be even more happy with it.

  • @4x4forlyfe I have actually upgraded to one of the recent Honeycomb Android 3.0 ROMs. It was extremely easy to flash, too. Just loaded it on to the internal SD card, wiped, and installed from recovery. I haven't tried the thumb kb out yet, but have heard really good things about it. I'm going to have to give it a try... thanks for the tip!

  • Awesome tablet aside, there's no way that chick is 16 xD

  • There's a version of Netflix app that doesn't check for device compability so it will work on anything. I can email it to you, just pm me.
