when you say flaps do you mean the wings in between your feet and arms

im not sure if thats the case maybe you need to redo the wingsuit cause if you dont do it right there can be fuck ups and once you have done it go into game online and look thru the characters and you should find the guy with suit select that character and play hope this helps

@GrungeManic It doesnt matter the guy that has the suit only has the wings do you know how to get the suit in single player though?

do you have the wingsuit or is it just wings between your arms with normal close on

if so then you messed up when you used cleo or the img tool

and to get the suit in single player you go to the close store and you should find it

i forget which one but there all over the place
