@rapesomeface He is doing a lot of volume -- he says to increase your load only if you can do more than 15 reps in the first set. I'm guessing you are doing strength training in the 4-6 rep range...or at the very most, hypertrophy training in the 8-12 rep range. This will make you gain strength much more rapidly.
