After the grueling days of the Battle Of Britain, 602 Squadron were on rest and helped 20th Century Fox make this movie.

Filmed in 1941 before Pearl Harbour when USA entered the war, this movie is one of a number of films made during the late 1930s and early 1940s that represented pro-American intervention in the war.

Its great to have some footage of the early 602 Squadron. Im a keen flight sim enthusiast and belong to a virtual 602 squadron that is part of the group of players in the European Air Force http://www.europeanaf.org/

I have seen this movie many years ago. Some of the aerial battles between the spits and the Luftwaffe was a pretty bad now that I look back on this movie. Still a good movie however.
