Good song, great compilation of art. I love all the Alex Grey and Buddhist imagery. And did I see a Giger in there? You don't see nearly enough of his stuff!
Based on my (admittedly limited) experiences with Salvia extracts (never done 100x though. 30x was intense enough for me!), the song and pictures remind me more of acid, DMT and DXM.
If you end(ed) up going for the tattoo, I would just be really careful about picking an artist. That's a really intricate picture from what I can tell.
