Lincartan - Lindsay Bookie - Video June 2006

Lincartan Tours was established in September 2000 by Mr Lindsay Bookie. Mr Bookie and his family are Eastern Arrernte people and traditional owners of the Atnetye Aboriginal Land Trust. This is an area of 18,000 square kms and is approximately 350kms east of Alice Springs. It is located south of the Plenty Highway close to the Northern Territory | Queensland border. The Hay River system crosses through the property and the Simpson Desert borders the southern end of the property. The Atnetye Land Trust is also situated among some of the most sought after 4WD adventure tracks in Central Australia; the Birdsville track and Strezliki track
