  • It's qi gong. Not tai chi. Just sayin.

  • that is tai chi it's 24 step

  • It isn't tai chi per say but it is an internal form, they usually do this in the mornings or in later advanced levels, tai chi itself was formed in several different instances as its own internal martial art.

  • well tai chi is taohism but i did know that shaolin was doing tai chi O.o

  • tai ji quan is part of Shaolin training also, Tsang. It's all tied up with Chan Buddhism, no?
