  • @xlahore Cut down on the reps and move up the weight :). Also do some explosivity for your body. If you do Snatches and cleans your legdrive will allow you to do a lot more with push press :)

  • hey man i hurt my shoulder doing these today, why is this safe for you but not for me?

  • @xlahore do some powerlifting ( squat , PC , DL etc )

  • how people do that . i am 20 year old 5/10 220 lbs /17.5 bicep 45 cheast 55 sholder width . but i cannot do this . my expreance is 7 years in natural bodybilding eaven supliment free mass ganing . 63 kg one hand over head push press but icanot push press more then 90 kg what is the problem in me i wana do push press like u !
